The rental contract is for a minimum period of 6 months in the ALL INCLUSIVE formula, with no hidden charges. All charges are included in the package (heating, water, electricity, city taxes, maintenance of common areas and elevator, garbage tax, unlimited high-speed WiFi, rental insurance, and 1 hour of cleaning every 15 days).

The security deposit is equivalent to 3 months' rent.
