Hautcharage belongs to the municipality of Käerjeng in the canton of Capellen and is located on the Belgian border in the southwest of the country. The commune of Charage is made up of the localities of Bascharage, Hautcharage, Linger, Clemency and Fingig and is part of the red earth region “Redrock Region” known for its various nature reserves and its magnificent hiking and cycling trails.

In the center of Hautcharage, you find the 18th century baroque church, a few restaurants and cafes. The “Um Päsch” playground offers a variety of outdoor equipment and water games.
