Living Concepts: real estate from a different perspective! 



As we started out this project, we were brought together by the intention and desire to contribute something special to the real estate market in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. As we embarked on this adventure, we had set our mind on a very ambitious project, whereby we wanted to contribute an innovative and personal approach to the real estate market.  

We may even say that our corporate philosophy was born even before this company got started. This stresses and confirms the high goals we have set being ready to take a very ambitious cause: to provide a first-class service and assistance, to make sure people feel their needs are well understood and somebody is standing at their side to help make their wishes come true in a spirit and environment marked by professionalism, integrity, and quality.

Although, similarly to any other nation, it is also being confronted by the effects of a large-scale financial crisis, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg still discloses many opportunities for all investors, and not simply for residents, but we do believe such opportunities can be fully exploited as long as a different approach to real estate is developed and pursued with the necessary consistency and coherence.

As it is suggested by its official denomination, Living Concepts is not purely a real estate agency similarly to the many you can find out there. As we deal with real estate and (your) properties, we do wish to work out and affirm a living concept, a living style, that goes well beyond the property and will accompany our clients along the way to enjoy the place where they live, in other words to “live and feel good”.

We have moved to real estate after devoting much of our time to sport and from this experience we can take many positives and lessons to be applied as we take up this challenge. People do not always understand that sport is much more than a contest, a competition where somebody wins and somebody else loses. Actually, sport and especially team sports are the paradigm of our life: you can win, be successful and create a sustainable and friendly network only as long as you play it fair and you let customers experience the right team chemistry.

This personal background does evidently influence also our approach to real estate. We strive for the best; we wish to achieve very ambitious goals but always by making sure that we stand out for our quality, accuracy, integrity, reliability, and understanding of a reality that is changing every day. As you play different teams throughout the season, you need to adapt your strategy to the various conditions and circumstances in order to have a shot at the win. We wish to do the same as we work with our clients: we listen carefully to their needs, we identify the right actions to fulfill their wishes, we make sure they feel comfortable, understood and they are accompanied up to the very end of a successful transaction.  

We want to stay loyal to our identity and corporate goals even though this means that we are not keen to go for speedy and easy compromises. Quality and professionalism are the strengths we want to be known for as we gradually expand our activities, keeping in mind that the Grand Duchy is part of a European and global arena where people will always enjoy our advice, assistance and much more!

Born in Luxembourg, we somehow embody the cosmopolitan and international nature of a country that is nestled in the heart of Europe and remains one of the most dynamic areas of the so-called “Old Continent”. Starting from this hub, we want to expand our actions and develop an approach to real estate that will gradually turn also into your “living concept”: a concept to share in order to make you “live and feel good”.
