The RE/MAX Forum team is organizing an open house day to invite you to explore a house for sale in Luxembourg Bel-Air
It’s called "Open House"!
Open house is a very common practice in the English-speaking countries, but it is relatively uncommon in Luxembourg and even in the Greater Region.
In principle, all potential buyers visit a real estate property at the same time.
This has advantages for the seller as well as for the buyer.
The Remax Forum team is organizing such an event on Saturday, September 16 at Luxembourg Bel-Air, and we took the opportunity to ask a few questions from David and Romain in order to get an idea about this type of event.
Short selling time
"Seeing other people interested in the same property makes you realize that others will be able to acquire it. Every property is unique!"
Open houses allow you to generate more visits in a very short time.
More comfort for visitors and owners
Organizing these types of days means less stress for the owners, and it is also much more comfortable for visitors who can take more time and come back at other times of the day.
"We always do our best to organize visits in a timely manner and in the best conditions, but it is not always easy, especially when the house is still occupied."
A day to discover a property and its surroundings
Open houses are an ideal opportunity to explore the neighborhood, its neighbors and its amenities.
"Neighbors are also very often invited to participate in these open houses because they are an ideal target."
Maybe a tenant or an owner is looking for a home with an extra room, a garage, a terrace, etc. and maybe the neighbors are interested in a property for sale in their neighborhood as well as to let their networks take advantage of it.
