This year, we had the opportunity to attend the 14th Property Portal Watch Conference held in Bangkok from May 5th through 8th. This conference attracted leaders of the real estate market from several countries, and it was a great honor to represent Luxembourg on the other side of the world.

Over the four days, more than 150 people asked us about new markets and market models, and more generally, about the development of real estate portals. The main theme of this conference was: What's Next for Property Portals

The purpose of this conference was to incite companies to move forward and learn about what the future may hold in store for property portals. Another purpose was to focus on emerging markets in order to share with them our skills and knowledge of the subject.

The conference helped us to expand our horizons and to set up contacts with leading property portals in other countries, to compare different markets and different means implemented to remedy existing problems. Also, it was an opportunity to find out more about future innovations so we can refocus our technical priorities and become more efficient.
