The new procedure of this 17th edition, which is organized for the first time within the framework of Home & Living Expo, is listed as the most important event dedicated to housing, construction and renovation in Luxembourg.

From 11 to 19 October 2014, many visitors were able to be benefited with complete set of information that is possible to be obtained regarding housing offers and various other related services, provided by public administrations, public and private developers, professional organizations, banks, private associations, etc. For 9 days the essence of housing, and all that goes with it, was gathered under one roof.

While maintaining its own identity and special features, the National Housing Week ensures its development by partnering with the Home Living Expo project. By bringing together the additional players - even inseparable ones - in terms of housing, the National Housing Week highlighted its essential role as an information platform for the general public and as a representative of real estate market supply both in terms of products and services and as well as in providing advice.

The public thus had the opportunity to obtain valuable information regarding various assistance provided by the State for housing projects as well as the conditions of bank loans and housing savings plans. It was also able to establish an idea about the real estate market through the introduction of an extended offer on real estate rentals and sales in Luxembourg.

For many of them, the 17th National Housing Week also allowed to learn about the practical and alternative solutions in terms of sustainability and energy and ecological stabilization as well as the financial measures and assistance relating to renewable energy.
